  • Typically, the best time to arrange your maternity photoshoot is during the third trimester, ideally between 26 and 34 weeks of pregnancy, which falls around the 7th and 8th month.

  • In general, a two-piece lingerie set, a one-piece swimsuit, and a white shirt work best.

  • Based on our experience, maternity yoga can be very helpful not only as preparation for a maternity shoot but also for your pregnancy in general. Through gentle stretches and focused breathing, maternity yoga can ease common pregnancy discomforts and enhance your overall well-being.

  • We have our own moodboard, but we highly encourage you to create your own on Pinterest or Instagram and share it with us. We are always open to new ideas. Another good suggestion is to explore lingerie websites, as they offer plenty of posing ideas.
